potential clients, via the popular and highly professional
direct – Deutsche Post mailing channel.
How
do we proceed
This
promotion project has been divided into separate levels /
phases to easily explain the process in details and to avoid
misunderstandings.
First
level
Based
on the information that you have already submitted, or needs
to be submitted through the registration form,

registration form click here) we, along
with our associate M/s Lengfellner Consulting, who have been
officially assigned to execute this project, will create and
design a special letter of introduction for your company.
Since
English is not widely spoken in Germany and most German
firms prefer to communicate in their own native language, we
will conduct this promotion in German language, to achieve
the best and optimal results in the shortest possible period
of time.
This
promotion letter is specially conceived to highlight and
enhance the magnitude of your product range, provide
key-information about your company and obviously the
business objective of your desired cooperation.
Second
level
We
will then embark to locate and identify trade related target
group of buyers that are best suited to be your prospective
clients. To arrive at this objective, we will short list 20
best suited from an updated database of numerous buyers.
The
introduction letter will then be sent directly to this
selected group of companies via the German postal services.
Please note that sending unsolicited, promotion via fax and
/ or emails (Spam) are illegal and liable to be punished as
per German law. Besides such types of mailing, do not find
acceptance with the professional buyers.
Final
level
After
we have completed the promotion, the following will be
submitted to you per email attachment as evidence of
execution:
1. The original copy of the letter of introduction
sent to German client – written in German language by
Lengfellner Consulting
2.
A database address listing of all firm contacted with
name of contact person, telephone and fax number. The email
and website of firms contacted will also be mentioned,
provided these are available.
3. A concise report giving
advises for your further action.
